I integrate sport therapy, applied neuroscience, and performance psychology to support recovery, resilience, and sustainable high performance.
My approach is grounded in a whole-system understanding of human performance, where biology, psychology, and environment are constantly interacting. Rather than isolating a single issue, I work with how these elements connect, because performance, recovery, and wellbeing are never separate.
This way of working is both integrative and interdisciplinary, drawing from multiple perspectives to reflect the complexity of each athlete. It allows the work to remain flexible, responsive, and tailored, rather than fixed or prescriptive.

Our work begins by meeting you where you are, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
From there, the process develops through attunement, an ongoing, responsive way of tuning into your state, your needs, and how your system is adapting in real time.
This is not a one-way intervention, but a collaborative process. We work together to understand what is driving performance, recovery, or disruption, and to build strategies that are both effective and sustainable for you.
Each athlete is different, so the process evolves with you, shaped by your context, your goals, and where you are in your career.
